iCard is available for use by any individual or organization globally. There are no age or industry restrictions to access or purchase.
We aim to deliver iCard products that function as intended at the point of handover. If any digital component (such as your landing page or NFC tap) is not functioning upon delivery, we will address it with urgency.
We are not liable for physical damage to iCard products post-delivery. Currently, no formal refund policy is in place for customized products.
Any misuse of iCard services or products—such as illegal usage, hosting of prohibited content, or platform manipulation—may result in the deactivation of your landing page and associated services. Prior to deactivation, we will issue a formal warning and offer an opportunity to correct the misuse.
Users retain access to their purchased products without license or platform rental restrictions. However, ongoing updates, analytics, and integrations are only provided under the iCard Infinity subscription plan.
Technical support and assistance are offered on a monthly subscription basis unless included in your selected package (such as iCard Infinity).
